The Collective Plan has been designed so you don’t need to make too many decisions to save towards your income for life and lump sum.

But, if you do want to talk to someone, or need any help, then you can reach out to the Pensions Service Centre.

Advice about your income for life or lump sum

We, and Royal Mail, can’t give you any advice around your income for life or lump sum.

But if you’d like support with making any decisions, you can get that advice from other places.

Royal Mail's HR Services

For help with any payments into the Collective Plan, you can call the Pay helpline on 0345 6060 603.

Or you can message HR Services using the Royal Mail People App or My PSP.

Complaints and feedback

If there is an issue relating to the Collective Plan or you have any feedback about the Collective Plan, you should at the earliest opportunity discuss the matter with the Pensions Service Centre as the Collective Plan’s administrator.

On occasions when you cannot resolve the matter that way, there are other options available to you which are detailed in the Collective Plan’s Handbook.
