The Collective Plan has been designed so you don’t need to make too many decisions to save towards your income for life and lump sum.

But, if you do want to talk to someone, or need any help, then you can reach out to the Pensions Service Centre.

The Pensions Service Centre

Once the Collective Plan launches on 7 October 2024, the Pensions Service Centre can help you with your questions and give you information about the Collective Plan. In the meantime, please contact Royal Mail using the transition contact form regarding the transition to the Collective Plan, or contact one of the other Royal Mail pensions if you have a question about your existing pension.
