How to use your Member Self-Service

Remember to register using your personal email address so you can continue to access the portal even if you leave Royal Mail. You’ll need your Personal Identification Code (PIC) and your personal details to hand to when registering. You’ll find your PIC included in the postcard we sent you when you joined the Collective Plan and we’ll include it in your next annual Benefit Statement in January 2026, but please get in touch with the Collective Plan Helpline if you can’t find it, they can also provide it to you.
